Also, if you haven't already, try melatonin. It is a naturally occuring hormone and might offer some relief. <br /><br />Is there any chance you might be suffering from sleep apnea? My husband suffered for years with it with me trying to convince him to be tested all along. <br /><br />Finally, while he was hospitalized for one of his liver episodes, the doctor order a visit to the sleep lab after his discharge from the hospital. They discovered he had a very bad case of sleep apnea and had him start using a CPAP at night. <br /><br />At first, he rebelled but came to appreciate it because he got a good night's sleep for the first time in over 30 years.
