I really haven't taken any photos this week so I thought I'd post some oldies but goodies.

A Few Photos
I've been sick for several days now. Running a low grade fever, super nauseous, and quite a bit of vomiting. I'm sure I caught something from one of the lovely children at work. It's an occupational hazard I guess. But wouldn't you know it, my doctor is out of town this week. Don't have much to say, so I'll post some not great photos from last Saturday. Michael had a few jobs to do out in Kalamazoo and the kids and I decided to ride with him.
Here we have the window cleaner, Michael Preston.

Your Quirk Factor: 64% |
You're so quirky, it's hard for you to tell the difference between quirky and normal. No doubt about it, there's little about you that's "normal" or "average." |
You Are a Red Crayon |
Your world is colored with bright, vivid, wild colors. You have a deep, complex personality - and you are always expressing something about yourself. Bold and dominant, you are a natural leader. You have an energy that is intense... and sometimes overwhelming. Your reaction to everything tends to be strong. You are the master of love-hate relationships. Your color wheel opposite is green. Green people are way too mellow to understand what drives your energy. |

What Should I Blog About?
I've been staring at this screen for about 15 minutes now and nothing has popped into my head yet. Oh I could ramble on about all the bad kids at work or how this baby loves lying on my left hip so much that by 7:00 p.m. everyday I'm limping. None of that sounds too exciting though.
Honestly, nothing much has been going on. I killed a cockroach at work this morning. Aren't you all just giddy with excitement?
I did read about something totally gross on Kenny's blog. Koolickles. Have you ever heard about them?
Basically, they are dill pickles that have been marinated in Kool-Aid. They originated in the delta region of Mississippi and taking the world by storm. I guess Alton Brown (Food Network) stopped off at a convenience store during his travels through Mississippi and discovered these. They sound completely gross to me and I am a connoisseur of dill pickles. Pretty sure I won't be trying them any time soon.
I suppose that's it for now. I have to head back to work soon. I'll probably have another 5 year old tell me how mean I am again today.

Can Someone Please Explain....
how a piece of glass got onto my living room carpet and why my foot had to find it? (I'm actually glad it was my foot and not the kid's.)

Ladies Man
When asked by his dad how his first day of school went Ian replied, "Well, I really need a girlfriend, but there's nothing but a bunch of ugly chicks." Oh Lord help me.

Back To School Part Deux
Today was Mr. Man's first day at his new school. He was on the nervous side this morning and really I couldn't blame him, I'd have been nervous too. We get to school and look who turns out to be in his class.
His cousin, Emilee. I think he was relieved, he still teared up for a second, but was okay after a second.
When I picked him up this afternoon, he was happy as a clam. He had drama class today and loved it. When I asked him what his favorite thing about the day was he answered, "The broccoli at lunch." Sounds just like my Ian.
