I broke my big toe! I was loading groceries into the van and a kamikaze bottle of Gatorade decided to jump out of the bag and land on my toe. For a toe, it sure hurt. I am now hopped up on Tylenol 3 and getting ready to go to bed.
Isn't my fancy granny orthopedic footwear sexy?

I have a shoe just like that! Had to wear it twice ... foot surgery the first time and a nail removed the second. I keep it just in case. Ya never know with feet.
On the poo thingy ... I've heard that some movie stars only wash their hair with shampoo once a week ... You could use plain ole castile liquid soap I reckon. No chemicals in it that I know of.
And for deodorant, I've read about using baking soda instead. Just blot it on.
There's all sorts of home made things we could use.
I clean with vinegar & baking soda most of the time as I can't stand the fumes in most store bought cleaners. And club soda put in a spray bottle works well to clean mirrors and windows and TV screens.
We should post about all our home-made stuff!
