I'm currently looking something like this, possibly worse. (This photo was not taken today) I have a fever, sore throat, body aches, etc. etc. I should be in bed. Unfortunately I have a 1 year old that is currently coughing up a storm thanks to his lovely sinus drainage. I'm telling you, we're falling apart around here.

I read with sadness about Steven. I don't know how a parent could survive someting like that? Even WITH God, it would be overwhelming!Talk about the worst nightmare for a parent! May we never know that kind of heartache!
My son is 18 and I have this dread that one of his good friends will be in a car accident or so on. Already, just a couple of months ago, an acquaintance from church that he has known since jr High Youth Group was killed. The older brother was in our Youth Life Group when Dave & I were Youth Leaders. I don't even want to think about something like that...
